How many people can attend the meeting using Live Meeting Access?

Live Meeting Access is for a single attendee only. Only the person whose name is in the registration at the time of payment, can attend the meeting. It is not to be shared or used in a conference room for multiple attendance. However, if you have more than one person interested in joining the meeting contact our support and purchase a group registration. GRCTS will provide you a customized link for multiple connections from 4 members up to 100(No limit) to access the meeting from anywhere globally. 

Please note that if multiple connections are found using the single live attendee access link. All connections including the connection of the original registrant will be disconnected. In this case due to violation of terms. GRCTS will not offer a refund.

What is a Recording?

Most of our Webinar Training Programs are recorded Live along with the Q and A session. So the Live recordings are always in our store for purchase. Along with the recording the customer will receive a copy of slides and any other templates, materials or references shared by the expert at the time of the live meeting. 

How many times can I view the recording?

A recording is valid for 6 months and it can viewed/ accessed unlimited number of times by a single  user only. The link to the recording must be used only by the registrant and not to be shared internally within the company or with a third party. It is a violation of GRCTS terms to share the CD with a third party, make a copy and also to use it internally within the company for training or any other purposes.

GRCTS can offer you multiple access to avoid disconnection. Please talk to our support to find out how to purchase multiple access for a CD/ Recording.

How long will it take for a CD to arrive and how can I use it?

CD is shipped to you within 2 working days. However, GRCTS has no control over the number of days a courier company might take to deliver the package to a location. GRCTS will also email the customer a tracking number as soon it has been shipped or the customer can contact GRCTS for a tracking number. Though the CD is with the customer at all times and can be used unlimited number of times still it must be accessed only by a single user who is the actual registrant who made the purchase. It is a violation of GRCTS terms to share the CD with a third party, make a copy and also to use it internally within the company for training or any other purposes.
