Seminar Terms and Conditions
Registrations are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to you immediately after you complete the registration online.
The registration fee includes
- USB/ CD with soft copies of the Presentation and Other handouts if any provided by the expert.
- GRCTS Welcome Package
- GRCTS Attendance Certificate
- Breakfast and Snacks on both days
- Lunch Buffet on both days
- Shuttle - To and From Airport to Hotel
Payment in full must be made 4 days prior to the first day of the seminar. Due to the limited places at the seminars we cannot confirm your space until we have received the full payment. Payment can be made by Direct Deposit, Credit Card or Check.
Note: Registration fee refunds are subject to the cancellation policy. Please see Cancellation Policy below.
Registration Deadline and OnSite Registrations:
The registration deadline for each seminar is, preferably, 4 days prior to the start of the seminar.
If you wish to register onsite payment must happen through credit card immediately or a check to be submitted onsite before attending the class. Conference materials will be provided to you onsite. However, the materials will be first shared with the attendees whose registrations were confirmed earlier. In case a hard copy is not available then a soft copy will be emailed to you.
A letter of confirmation will be emailed to you immediately as soon as the payment is processed. If you have submitted a purchase order or requested an invoice, please be advised that a credit card guarantee is needed. Please submit payment for the prevailing rate. Please be advised that if payment or written cancellation notice is not received by 4 business days prior to the seminar start date, your credit card will be charged the prevailing rate.
Seminar & Venue Details:
Venue details and other seminar information will be e-mailed to you immediately upon confirmation of registration. At times if the Venue shows "To be Announced". Then it means that we are still working out on the pricing with several hotels in that City. As soon we have finalized a hotel. A representative from GRCTS will contact you to provide you with the necessary information.
If you would like GRCTS to take care of your stay for the duration of the events. Then please talk to our Support to find out the additional costs.

We understand that from time to time things come up that might prevent you from attending a workshop or seminar for which you have registered. Should you find yourself in this situation, please contact us to arrange one of the following options:
If you are unable to attend, substitutions can be made at any time, including on-site. However, it must be confirmed in writing with proper identification of the substitute person you plan to send on your behalf. No show will be charged the complete amount.
Transfer your registration to another seminar to be held within one year of your original seminar date. You will need to advise us of the new seminar date and location to enable us to confirm your registration.
Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to the seminar are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between 21 and 4 days prior to the seminar will receive a refund minus a $100 fee. However, if you cancel less than three days prior to the seminar you are only eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows will be charged the full amount & no refunds will be made.
Seminars and workshops may be cancelled or postponed due to low registration, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, the registrants will be notified immediately and the Registrations Fees will be fully refunded to the registrants without any deductions.
GRC Training Solutions, is not liable for any costs or charges incurred in the event any seminar is cancelled or postponed due to low registration numbers or unforeseen circumstances. This includes charges imposed by travel agencies, rental car companies, airlines, shuttle services, and/or hotels etc... If you need to travel to attend any seminar, we suggest that you talk to your travel agent about the purchase of travel insurance as protection against cancellations, postponements and emergencies.
In case you are unable to attend the Event. A written cancellation by email (from the person who has registered for this conference) received at least 4 calendar days prior to the start date of the event will receive a refund minus a $100 administration fee. No cancellations will be accepted and only 50% of the total amount will be refunded for cancellation requests made within 4 calendar days prior to the start date of the event.
For the $100 administration fee. Customer will receive an online voucher for the same amount which can be redeemed for any new Seminar or Webinars/ On Demand within 12 months of the seminar start date. No-shows will be charged the full amount & no refunds will be made.
