Yes, all the information you enter and submit is secure. We use the highest level of security for all online transactions. We use PayPal secure encryption to help keep your online transactions guarded from start to finish.
How do I make a payment?
All you need to do it select a topic you are interested in and then click one or more of the options displayed on the right side (Live, Recording, CD or USB). Click on Add to Cart and then fill in your billing information and click continue. In the final step you need to fill in your Credit Card details and then confirm order.
A confirmation email will be automatically emailed to you providing you the details of your order and payment (Please check your spam just to be sure). You can also log back into your account to verify your order in the order history tab.
I want to pay by Check or make an ACH wire transfer.
Sure. You can pay by check, wire transfer or make a payment using your PayPal account. All you need to do is call us or click on Live Chat and request for an Invoice. The invoice will provide all the necessary details you need to have to make the payment by check or Transfer the money to our Bank Account.
How long will it take to receive the login instructions for a Live meeting?
The login instructions for all Webinar meetings are emailed to you once anytime between 24 - 48 hours from the date of the webinar and a second email is sent to you on the date of the Webinar. At times our emails do end up in spam or might get blocked by your company firewall. So please contact support to find out other ways we can share the information with you.
How many people can attend the meeting using Live Meeting Access?
Live Meeting Access is for a single attendee only. Only the person whose name is in the registration at the time of payment, can attend the meeting. It is not to be shared or used in a conference room for multiple attendance. However, if you have more than one person interested in joining the meeting contact our support and purchase a group registration.
GRCTS will provide you a customized link for multiple connections from 2 members up to 100(No limit) to access the meeting from anywhere globally.
What is a Recording?
Most of our Webinar Training Programs are recorded Live along with the Q and A session. So the Live recordings are always in our store for purchase. Along with the recording the customer will receive a copy of slides and any other templates, materials or references shared by the expert at the time of the live meeting. You can also email in your questions after viewing the recording and our experts will respond to them.
How many times can I view the recording?
If you ordered the recording for 30 Days, 6 Months and/or 12 Months then it can viewed/ accessed unlimited number of times by a single user only within that specific Time Period. If you need access to the recording longer than 12 months period. Please email our support.
How soon will the link to the recordings be emailed to me?
The link to the recording is emailed to the customer within 24 - 48 hours after the completion of the Webinar. However, at times there might be delay. Please contact our support if there is a delay or for any other assistance.
How long will it take for a CD to arrive and how can I use it?
CD is shipped to the customers within 2 working day after the completion of the Webinar. However, at times there might be delay. Please contact our support for the tracking number and other assistance. GRCTS has no control over the number of days a courier company might take to deliver the package to a location.
Though the CD is always with the customer and can be used unlimited number of times.
How do I Unsubscribe?
All our promotional materials are provided with a link to Unsubscribe. However, at times the link might be blocked by your company firewall. In such cases, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to have your email address removed from our system. Once the request is sent. GRCTS is prompt to completely remove your information from our system. You can also click here to Unsubscribe

What if I have already registered for a topic but now, I'm more interested in attending another topic? Can I switch?
You have an option to attend any other webinar topic Live or Recording. However, you must notify GRCTS by email with the name of the topic you are interested in attending. Please note that you must cover any differences in the price. Similarly, if the amount you paid is more than the amount of the topic you are interested in attending. Then GRCTS will refund the excess amount.
